An in-person design consultation will be scheduled following the virtual call. Chloe will tour the space and capture your desired design aesthetic. A preliminary design proposal will be provided based off the scope of your project.

Upon approval of the initial design proposal, a detailed site survey and formal design contract will be provided to you. The design fees and estimated timeline will be outlined in the contract. Once signatures are received, design work will commence!

Chloe will work with you to determine your desired design aesthetic. Preliminary floor plans, layouts, and furniture selections will also be reviewed. Design meetings will be scheduled on a weekly or as-needed basis to ensure that design intent is followed and any changes or updates are addressed promptly.

Chloe will develop your customized Interior Design package. Whether you’re looking for a full Interior Design renovation, or a single room renovation, a cohesive Construction Drawing Package will be created to ensure seamless project develeopment.

Throughout demolition and construction, Chloe will schedule site visits to make sure everything is being installed according to the design. If any discrepancies arise—whether with contractors or tradespeople—Chloe will step in to ensure the work is aligned with the agreed-upon plans.

Once installation is complete, Chloe will conduct a final walkthrough to review the space and address any last-minute details. This is your chance to make sure everything meets your expectations, and any minor adjustments can be made. A punch list will be created to ensure all issues are addressed before the project is considered complete.

After the project is complete, Chloe will schedule a professional photoshoot to capture your beautifully transformed space. If you’d like to add any final staging or decor for the photos, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Photography is included as part of the design process and is solely for marketing purposes.
